Yes. Prices depend on the floor plan, location, and floor number.

Rent includes, Water, Trash and Sewer.  Wi-Fi is also available in common spaces.

Yes, each unit will include a washer and dryer.

There is a one-time fee of $350.00.   Plus a $65.00 monthly fee/ per pet.  Breed and weight restrictions do apply.
